High Efficiency NGV Filter Cartridges

NGV Filter Cartridges for High Pressure Disposable bonded microfibre filter cartridges are manufactured from precise mixtures of borosilicate glass microfibres to the very highest standards of quality control. With exceptional filtration efficiency at very low pressure drops and +90% void volume they give a very long service life.

Our NGV filter cartridges are based on industry sizes to give complete interchangeability – our NGV filter housings are designed around these same filter cartridge dimensions.

Choice of Grades

A choice of grades give a coalescing efficiency of 99.97% or 95% removal of 0.3 micron aerosols and droplets. Solid particles are also removed at the same efficiency levels. Two-layer coalescing filter elements are bonded with a silica binder to impart high strength and eliminate fibre shedding.

NGV Filter Cartridge Details

The 12.57.CPxCS Filter Cartridge uses a moulded Nitrile seal at the open end and a moulded base at the closed end.

The 25.127.xCS.R Filter Cartridge has an extruded polyethylene support mesh on the outside surface.
