NGV Filter Housing for High Pressure

Positioned before the pressure regulator, these NGV filter housings will offer complete protection of the delicate internals of the regulator. All liquid and solid particulates will be removed. Available in anodised 6082 aluminium, these high pressure filter housings are designed for two styles of coalescing NGV filter cartridge.

All our products are designed and manufactured in England. With a burst test pressure of at least a 4:1 ratio of the maximum working pressure. The filter housings have been tested and conform to the ECE Regulation 110.

The housings can be supplied with 1/4″ NPT or SAE-6 threaded inlet and outlet ports. Additionally, they have a stainless steel SAE-6 drain plug. As well as our standard filter housings and coalescing NGV filter cartridges, we are able to design and manufacture special products to suit your application.

NGV Filter Housings for Low Pressure

Low Pressure NGV Filter Housings

Designed to be positioned after the pressure regulator, these filter housings will remove all liquids by coalescing. They also remove solid particles to ensure a clean, dry natural gas supply. Machined from solid 6082 aluminium billets and anodised, they are available with two sizes of filter cartridge to ensure the best solution for your natural gas vehicle application.

The low pressure filter housings can be supplied with 1/4″ NPT, 1/2″ NPT, SAE-6, SAE-8 and Metric M18x1.5 threaded ports. The housings can be supplied with a stainless steel SAE-6 threaded drain plug or a manual twist drain valve.
